Advantages to Groups
-

More Accessible Cost to Therapy
Working in a group means a lower cost as we can spread the care around. You’ll get to work within a targeted specialty but still get support while also hearing from others.
-

Specific to a Niche
With ADHD and DBT, you are getting specific focus on an area and modality.
-

Structured Therapy
Groups are a set amount of weeks, so you can join knowing you’re going to get specific structure.
ADHD Support and Skills Group in Atlanta / Decatur GA
ADHD Support & Skills Group is a 10-week, closed group for adults who want to understand their brains better and build systems that work with their brain rather than against it.
The group is structured around Thomas Brown's six executive function clusters. Members use this framework to make sense of their own patterns, from how they manage time and attention to how emotions and motivation show up in daily life. It's a place to learn, practice, and process alongside people who get it.
DBT Skills Group for deeper trauma work, sobriety, and managing life’s anxieties.
DBT Skills Group is a 24-week, in-person skills training group that covers all four modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Members commit to the group in 8-week modules at a time, with rolling enrollment until the group is full. Sessions blend structured skills teaching with collaboration about how those skills land in everyday life. Members work with handouts, complete skills practice between sessions, and check in on how implementation is going through diary card review. Goal is to build a practical, working toolkit
